I hope to have the voting process for both the clan's name and clan's chieften started by October 21 Thursday.
-Times:
Voting will begin Oct 21 at 5:00 PM Eastern time and conclude at on Saturday at 4:00 PM Eastern time.
-Procedure:
A poll will be held on the clan website showing the candidates/clan names that are available to vote for. Signed up members will be allowed to vote on the clan forum for their choice.
-Clan Name Voting:
Each member will be allotted one vote for their clan name of choice.
-Clan Chieften Voting
Each member will be allotted one vote for any of the nominated candidates (including yourself).
-In The Event Of A Tie
In the event of a tie, a second short voting session will be held between the most voted choices to decide the chieften and/or clan name from 5:00 PM Eastern Time to 5:20 PM Eastern Time on Saturday. The choice with the most votes will be declared the new official chieften/clan name.
